Description
Parachute Health is hiring an Engagement Program Lead to own the logistics and execution of employee engagement programs, including the annual company offsite, department gatherings, recognition and swag fulfillment, and the Inclusion & Belonging Council. The role will build and maintain an Offsite-in-a-Box toolkit, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate People & Culture initiatives, track participation and feedback, and scale processes as the company grows. It requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, event-program management expertise, vendor and budget ownership, strong organizational and communication skills, AI fluency, and approximately 10–20% travel. The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$110,000, medical, dental, and vision coverage, an employer HSA contribution, equity, and other benefits.
