Adjoe is seeking an experienced individual to lead their Employee Experience team. This role involves designing and executing programs that enhance the employee journey, focusing on performance frameworks, development initiatives, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for building and managing an engineering blog pipeline, translating complex tech content into engaging narratives, and producing original content. They will also refine career websites and support developer presentations at tech conferences.
