Bloomberg is hiring an Employee Experience Product Control Manager in New York to own the end-to-end second-line risk and control environment across HR, workplace and security operations, employee-facing technology, data flows, vendors, and handoffs. The role assesses and remediates cross-functional risks, evaluates control design and operating effectiveness, maintains GRC documentation, supports audits and regulatory activities, and delivers risk reporting to senior leadership. It requires 10+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, product control, operational risk, technology risk, or a related control function, along with a bachelor's degree or higher and strong technology and stakeholder-management skills. The salary range is 190,000–240,000 USD annually plus benefits and bonus.
