SwingDev is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to support its People team with employee communication, company and team events, employer branding, onboarding, employee gifts, people reports, research, feedback analysis, and HR tools. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Warsaw office one to two times per week, and offers a salary of 11,000–17,000 PLN plus VAT on B2B or 9,000–14,000 PLN on an employment contract, along with medical, life insurance, development, and other benefits.
