SOLVENTA Immobilien GmbH is hiring a junior property manager for owners’ associations and rental properties. The role manages condominium communities and rental assets, prepares service-charge statements, communicates with owners, tenants, caretakers, service providers, and authorities, organizes owners’ and advisory-board meetings, implements resolutions, coordinates repairs and maintenance, handles defects, conducts property walkthroughs, and manages building technology, contracts, and services. Candidates need commercial real-estate-agent training or comparable experience, a degree in real estate management, customer orientation, MS Office proficiency, and a Class B driver’s license. The position offers flexible working hours and is based in Wiesbaden.
