The Employee for Smoking Technology & Surface Refinishing operates and monitors smoking chambers, prepares and documents wood-smoking processes, sorts boards, and maintains work-area cleanliness. The role also applies soaped and oiled surfaces, repairs and seals wood defects, creates special surface textures, performs quality control, and stages finished goods. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining production equipment, reporting malfunctions, and contributing to process optimization, quality, efficiency, and occupational safety. Applicants need completed vocational training in a cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry, wood-processing, painting, or varnishing trade, along with technical understanding, quality awareness, reliability, and independent working skills.
