Description
ATLANTIC GmbH is hiring an Employee for its Testing and Development Laboratory to plan and carry out trials for new products and manufacturing processes, develop and optimize grinding-wheel formulations, prepare and quality-control test specimens, evaluate and document trial results, support project coordination, improve product quality, maintain laboratory measuring instruments, and contribute to hazardous-substance management and occupational health and safety. The role requires a bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials engineering, ceramics, materials science, or a related natural science, or equivalent vocational training; ceramics experience, technical affinity, scientific work experience, and strong communication and organizational skills are preferred or expected.
