Description
The Employee Health Nurse oversees WellSpan’s new-employee health assessment program, coordinates annual health programs and employee health records, supports regulatory reviews, tracks work-related injury trends, recommends infection-control policies, assists with worker-compensation investigations, and provides fitness-for-duty and exposure follow-up. The role is PRN Monday through Friday across WellSpan regions, requires a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, and requires a registered nurse license, multi-state license, and Basic Life Support upon hire.
