Description
The employer is hiring a Credit Operations – Individual Lending employee in Crailsheim to review loan applications, prepare loan and collateral agreements, analyze financial circumstances and debt-service capacity, process disbursements and collateral, prepare creditworthiness assessments, and handle approvals within dual-authority powers. The role requires vocational training as a bank clerk or a business administration degree with specialized further training, several years of risk-relevant lending experience, and experience with private and corporate credit exposures. The position offers a permanent arrangement, performance-based compensation, training, and the option to work remotely up to two days per week.
