Description
The City of Essen is hiring an Employee (m/f/d) to prepare expert reports and evaluate purchase contracts for the Office for Land Management and Housing Promotion. The role involves assessing planning, development, building-law, and valuation characteristics of properties; conducting independent on-site inspections and building surveys; determining market values; and presenting draft expert reports to the expert committee. The position is permanent and available full-time or part-time, with mobile working possible under supervisor agreement, and is based at Lindenallee 6–8, 45127 Essen. Applicants need a degree in surveying, geoinformatics, architecture, civil engineering, or surveying (geodesy), knowledge of valuation and building and planning law, strong communication skills, a valid class B driving licence, and German language proficiency.
