Description
The part-time Citizen Reception/Telephone Switchboard Department employee serves as the first point of contact for citizens in person and by telephone, manages the central email inbox, processes incoming and outgoing mail, prepares post-received invoices for digital processing, and directs external service providers to the appropriate departments. The role requires basic MS Office knowledge, a friendly and professional manner, flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and communication skills; commercial vocational training is desirable but career changers are welcome. Compensation is based on qualifications up to pay grade 4 under the TVöD, with annual leave, pension, special payment, employee benefits, training opportunities, and free on-site parking.
