Description
The City of Essen is hiring an Employee Maintenance Management for Technical Facilities to design and implement cost-effective and sustainable maintenance strategies for utilities and supply/disposal systems in Grugapark and the city’s public cemeteries. The role covers condition assessments, repair planning, implementation, regulatory compliance, coordination of external engineering offices and trades, and management of in-house planning. It is permanent and available full-time or part-time, with mobile working possible, and is based at Grugapark Essen.
