mobile.de is hiring an Employee Relations Manager to partner with the business on fair, compliant, and constructive employment practices. The role oversees Works Council activities, advises managers and HR on German labour law, manages grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations, develops employee relations policies, and coordinates with legal counsel and cross-functional teams. It requires solid employee relations or labour law experience, strong German labour law and Works Council knowledge, proven case-management experience, stakeholder and project management skills, and fluent German and English. The position is hybrid and based in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
