Western Digital Technologies G.K. is hiring an Employee Relations Partner to serve as the primary HR representative for employee relations and labor relations matters across Japan. The role leads complex misconduct, grievance, performance, conflict, and labor dispute cases; conducts workplace investigations; advises employees and managers; supports union and collective agreement negotiations; develops manager education and preventative programs; and provides trend analysis. It is based in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, with hybrid work requiring onsite presence at least three days per week, and offers an annual salary of JPY 9.5 million to 15.0 million.
