Description
The Employee Relations Specialist will conduct investigations and resolve grievances involving violations of Google’s HR and extended workforce policies, the Google Code of Conduct, and the Supplier Code of Conduct. The role partners with Employment Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Security Investigations and Assessments, provides risk insights, escalates high-risk issues, and maintains investigation documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of relevant employee relations or investigations experience, and experience with employee-management consulting, policy interpretation, and investigative interviewing.
