PNC is hiring an Employee Relationship Manager for its Financial Wellness Solutions business, primarily based in Mishawaka, Indiana. The role is an outbound sales position focused on delivering financial wellness programs, conducting new-hire orientations and financial education seminars, managing client relationships, generating leads and referrals, and supporting onboarding and ongoing servicing. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent education and experience, typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience, and prefers bilingual candidates.
