BASIC Facility Management is hiring a part-time Employee Talent Development specialist in Lünen, with at least 20 hours per week and an earliest possible start. The role supports the application and onboarding process, plans and coordinates employee training, supports managers with HR matters, and contributes to talent development processes. Candidates need vocational training or a degree in human resources management or a comparable qualification, at least three years of talent development experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to understand complex processes.
