RLE Engineering Services GmbH is hiring an Employee Work Preparation & Technical Purchasing specialist to create and optimize work plans from technical drawings, plan and control production processes, coordinate with Production, Design, and Project Management, independently procure technical materials and services, select and maintain suppliers, ensure material availability, and continuously improve work preparation and purchasing processes. The role requires a technical or commercial qualification, ideally in mechanical engineering, at least three years of relevant experience, strong technical and analytical skills, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and good English; the position is based in Ganderkesee, Lower Saxony.
