Description
Lyra Health is hiring a full-time Employer Solutions Systems and Process Manager to partner with the Director of Employer Solutions Technology & Architecture and improve go-to-market processes and technology. The role leads discovery and redesign of complex end-to-end processes, translates business needs into scalable system requirements, evaluates integrations and platforms, supports CRM, CPQ, workflow automation, and other technology initiatives, and identifies opportunities for AI and emerging technologies. Candidates need at least five years of experience in business systems, solution architecture, business process improvement, GTM technology, systems integration, technology consulting, or a related discipline, along with Salesforce, enterprise SaaS, and cross-functional implementation experience. The anticipated annual base salary is $106,000 to $146,000, with discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
