Description
Lyra Health is hiring a full-time Employer Solutions Systems and Process Manager to lead the discovery, documentation, and improvement of complex end-to-end go-to-market processes. The role will redesign business processes, translate objectives into scalable system capabilities, integrate CRM, CPQ, workflow automation, data, and other GTM technologies, and partner with Salesforce, engineering, data, and other teams. It also involves prioritizing AI and emerging technology applications, developing process maps and solution documentation, and coordinating technology initiatives. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience and offers an annual base salary of $106,000 to $146,000 plus benefits.
