Employment and Retention Specialist at Project Renewal

Project Renewal is hiring an Employment and Retention Specialist for its Next Step workforce development program. The role prepares graduates for employment, manages employer partnerships and a caseload of job-seeking and employed participants, coordinates job fairs and recruitment events, tracks placements and retention, maintains Salesforce records, and supports employment clearance and reporting. The position follows a hybrid schedule after 90 days of successful employment and pays $55,000–$60,000 per year.
