The role supports people with disabilities in securing and maintaining community-based employment through case management, job development, job placement, job coaching, resume writing, interview skills, and employer relations. The position pays $23.84 per hour plus a $40 bi-weekly stipend for Spanish fluency, requires a high school or GED plus 1–2 years of related experience or an associate’s degree plus one year of related experience and training, and includes health, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
