Viability is hiring a full-time Employment & Training Support Professional 1 in Springfield, Massachusetts, at $22.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role provides orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities in worksite or community-based employer settings, implements employment plans, and ensures work is performed to specifications.
