Markel Law is hiring a full-time or part-time Employment Services Advisor / Solicitor for its Employment Law Advice Line, supporting health and social care employers such as care homes, charities, medical practices, and social care organisations. The role provides telephone-based employment law advice on disciplinary matters, grievances, dismissals, absence management, performance issues, and employee relations; manages client enquiries; delivers client service; maintains records; and supports other employment teams. It is a hybrid role based in Croydon with at least one office day per week, and offers a salary plus a 5% fixed-term completion bonus.
