Ability Beyond is hiring full-time Employment Specialists to support individuals in developing work readiness, job skills, self-esteem, and employment stability through person-centered coaching, individualized placement, resume and interview preparation, employer and community partnerships, follow-up, and advocacy. The role is available in the Greater New Haven, Waterbury/Torrington, and Greater Danbury areas, with a stated pay rate of $45,000 per year and a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, or a related field or relevant experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and strong communication, advocacy, and networking skills.
