Description
Accord is hiring an Employment Specialist to serve individuals with disabilities in the Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding suburbs. The role provides individualized employment exploration, development, and support; coordinates with support teams; advocates for and trains clients; attends job sites; organizes transportation and employer communications; and maintains reports and licensing requirements. The position is primarily community-based, with a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. schedule, occasional evenings or weekends, and a 40-hour work week. Compensation is $20.00-$22.00 per hour, with health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, retirement options, and other benefits.
