Caritas Family Solutions is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Employment Specialist to help individuals with disabilities find, obtain, and retain competitive integrated employment. The role develops employer and community partnerships, provides individualized employment supports and job coaching, monitors job retention, maintains records, and coordinates with employers, families, and community stakeholders. It is primarily field-based, requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and pays $18.35 per hour.
