Description
The Employment Specialist provides Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment and education services to adults with severe mental health disorders, legal histories, and homelessness risk. Working primarily in community settings, the role develops individualized employment and education plans, conducts job development and employer outreach, supports applications and interviews, assists with onboarding and job retention, and coordinates with treatment teams, employers, schools, and community partners. The position is community- and office-based, requires local travel, and may require flexible scheduling.
