Description
Harbor is hiring a full-time Employment Specialist for its Toledo team to support individuals with mental health disabilities in preparing for employment, vocational assessment, guidance, placement, job coaching, and follow-up under the IPS supported employment model. The role serves a caseload of 20–30 clients, coordinates with mental health treatment teams and vocational rehabilitation providers, documents services, and facilitates employment discussion groups. A bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or a closely related behavioral or mental health field plus one year of vocational rehabilitation or related experience is required; an associate’s degree and four years of related experience may substitute.
