Description
The Employment Support Professional (ESP) provides person-centered employment support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them identify strengths and interests, develop career paths, access volunteer and employment opportunities, and achieve greater independence. The role includes service planning, documentation, transportation support, job-site accompaniment, recordkeeping, vehicle operation, safety compliance, and participation in service teams. It is a non-exempt position requiring a high school diploma or GED plus two years of relevant experience, or an associate degree in a human-services-related field plus one year of relevant experience, along with CPR/First Aid certification, program-specific training, and a valid New York State driver's license.
