Phalen Leadership Academies, through its Skilled US adult and career-training program, is hiring a part-time EMS Educator in Indianapolis to teach high-school scholars in classroom, skills-lab, clinical, and field settings. The role develops and delivers standards-aligned EMS instruction, prepares learners for industry-recognized certifications and career pathways, assesses competency, supervises hands-on and work-based learning, maintains records and equipment, and participates in continuing education and quality-improvement activities. Candidates need an Indiana Paramedic license, EMT-Basic certification, or Registered Nurse credential; at least five years of pre-hospital clinical experience; an associate degree; extensive EMS, instructor, CPR, emergency-care, and NIMS certifications; and the ability to work safely and effectively with adolescent learners and minors.
