Description
The Value Stream Leader will own product value-stream KPIs, lead product planning and investment/resource planning, manage end-to-end project schedules and risks, drive APQP through prototype, trial, mass production, and PPAP approval, coordinate cross-functional resources, track quality and delivery issues, close CAPA actions, and lead business planning for production costs. The role also serves as the customer and sales contact at the plant and requires a bachelor's degree, more than seven to ten years of manufacturing and project management experience, and more than five years in a leadership position.
