The employer is seeking an EMSR and Automation Manager to lead a seven-employee team in electrical engineering and automation for a process-engineering and plant-construction company. The role manages machine and plant projects, develops concepts and equipment specifications, prepares electrical documentation, monitors switchgear and plant wiring, coordinates testing and commissioning, and organizes employee training. Candidates need technical education in electrical engineering or mechatronics, knowledge of automation and Simatic S7 programming, and strong German and English skills; EPLAN and relevant leadership experience are advantageous.
