MedEx is hiring a full-time Medical Transport Driver to safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, provide enroute patient care, document care in an EHR, obtain signatures, operate an ambulance in compliance with South Carolina law, communicate with dispatch, maintain and clean the vehicle, manage supplies and equipment, and assist receiving facilities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current or obtainable EMT/Paramedic certification, a valid driver’s license, a compliant driving record, physical ability to lift 125 pounds, and the ability to pass a drug test.
