The role owns and evolves front-end compilation, synthesis, and flow infrastructure for hardware emulation platforms, develops and automates RTL flows, runs and debugs regressions, applies AI techniques to improve failure triage and root-cause analysis, and supports EDA tools and large-scale development environments. Candidates need a relevant BS or MS degree, 3–5+ years of relevant experience, RTL and EDA expertise, strong scripting and distributed-compute skills, and collaboration with design and vendor teams. The base salary range is 136,000–218,500 USD for Level 3 and 168,000–264,500 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits.
