Description
Fello is hiring a senior individual contributor to own go-to-market enablement across Sales and Customer Success. The role manages onboarding, ramp, certification, rollout, and AI-agent enablement programs; partners with Product and GTM AI teams; creates training and product materials; builds enablement metrics; and plans the annual GTM kickoff. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of SaaS GTM enablement experience, including program ownership, Sales and Customer Success enablement, AI tool deployment, and hands-on execution. The position is fully remote and includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
