Savvy is hiring an Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end development of onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement programs for Sales and Operations teams. The role partners with business leaders and subject-matter experts to diagnose capability gaps, create practical and engaging training, build scalable knowledge systems, measure performance and adoption outcomes, and use AI to improve enablement quality and scalability.
