Description
The Support Enablement Manager owns the end-to-end enablement lifecycle for a contributor-support team, including onboarding curricula, coaching, quality-assurance programs, knowledge-base governance, and reporting. The role leads a small Enablement and QA team, partners with regional and functional leaders, and uses metrics such as ramp velocity, IQS, critical-miss rate, assessment pass rate, and QA audit coverage to drive improvement. It requires 4–6 years of enablement, training, L&D, or instructional-design experience, including at least 2 years leading or managing a team, along with expertise in instructional design, Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and QA tooling.
