Description
Aledade PBC is hiring an Encounter Data Submissions Program Manager to lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation program. The role develops program guides and standard operating procedures, evaluates ROI of Alternate Submission Method workstreams, improves workflows, and oversees daily EDS and reconciliation processes. The manager will also maintain payer and CMS submission deadlines, reconcile records, monitor diagnosis submission trends, support compliance, and integrate accepted data into risk reporting dashboards. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of Medicare Advantage, ACA, or risk-adjustment experience, X-12 837 knowledge, SQL proficiency, and strong analytical and presentation skills. The role is flexible geographically and ideally performed remotely within the United States.
