Amgen is hiring a Senior Specialist Information Security - Encryption Agility Team Architect to serve as the principal architect for its enterprise Post-Quantum Cryptography readiness program. The role defines target-state encryption and cryptography architecture, standards, reference architectures, discovery and remediation patterns, cryptographic bills of materials, certificate and key management controls, hybrid TLS and PQ-PKI transition plans, and governance for applications, cloud, infrastructure, identity, third-party, and operational technology systems. It requires deep hands-on cryptography expertise, enterprise security architecture leadership, and the ability to translate technical findings into practical remediation guidance while mentoring engineers and influencing global stakeholders.
