Description
The role owns the end-effector strategy across industrial robotics applications, evaluating and selecting grippers, suction systems, robotic hands, cameras, and specialized tooling; defining requirements and integration criteria; coordinating suppliers and technology partners; supporting feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, customer evaluations, and pilot deployments; and contributing to a long-term manipulation and tooling roadmap. The position requires a relevant engineering degree, at least five years of robotics or industrial automation experience, and expertise with end-effectors and third-party hardware integration.
