Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a remote, end-to-end DTC performance marketer to own 4–6 eCommerce accounts, managing Meta advertising, client relationships, customer and competitor research, creative strategy and production, direct-response copywriting, landing-page building and testing, and performance optimization. The role requires hands-on Meta experience with meaningful budgets, AI-native building ability using Claude or an equivalent, strong persuasive English writing, client communication, and availability for US Eastern business hours; Shopify or eCommerce brand experience is a bonus.
