This role involves rapid prototyping, designing scalable AI systems, optimizing for cost and performance, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping production systems, strong systems thinking, and comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles. They should also possess experience with APIs, automation tools, or AI platforms, and be able to reason about infrastructure trade-offs and system reliability.
