ICG is hiring a Principal, End User Computing Team Lead for a six-month fixed-term contract in London, St Pauls. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Architecture, the role leads and supports endpoint services across Windows laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365 applications, software deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, compliance, and digital employee experience. The position combines hands-on technical delivery with team leadership, supplier management, project delivery, technical governance, and service improvement.
