Description
The End User Device Supervisor manages and secures the organization’s end-user technology assets, including computers, mobile devices, phones, printers, and audiovisual hardware. The role oversees program operations and IT governance alignment while performing complex deployments, troubleshooting, and configuration. It also leads device lifecycle planning, security baselines, cost optimization, policy enforcement, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, vendor management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and service-improvement initiatives. The position follows a hybrid schedule and requires the candidate to work from the assigned location in Virginia.
