The role involves platform ownership, user enablement through training, governance and compliance implementation, analytics reporting using Power BI and Microsoft 365 usage analytics, leading Tier 2 support, evaluating emerging technologies for innovation, cross-functional collaboration with HR and Communications, deploying GPT-powered agentic AI solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise ChatGPT, and leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Netwrix Activity Monitor (SAM), and Power BI for automation and optimization.
