ActioNet is hiring a full-time End User Project Manager in Rockville, Maryland to lead the End User Computing BPA Call. The role oversees service delivery across call-center, deskside, deployment, asset management, and end-user support functions; manages transition activities, workforce management, performance reporting, risk, compliance, and customer satisfaction; and serves as the primary interface with the contract owner. The position requires a bachelor's degree, ITIL v4 Foundation certification, at least eight years managing large Federal IT operations or End User Computing programs, and a Top Secret clearance. The salary is up to $305,000, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
