The position diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, maintains desktops and peripherals, manages IT applications and software, deploys updates, and remediates vulnerabilities in physical and virtual environments. Candidates should have strong Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, internal IT support experience, ticketing-system experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
