Description
The End User Support Engineer provides comprehensive desk-side, mobile, telephony, AV, and IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting Windows desktops, applications, mobile endpoints, voice services, Citrix, RingCentral, remote desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and asset tracking. The role requires five days per week of office attendance, five or more years of End User Support experience, and experience supporting VIPs with white-glove IT services; a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is preferred.
