C3EL is seeking an End User Support / Systems Administrator to provide on-site IT equipment and connectivity support at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The role supports workstation setup and relocation, printer and peripheral troubleshooting, desk-to-switch connectivity testing, ticket documentation, escalation, and coordination with DOD and DISA teams. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold a Secret or higher security clearance, and have relevant enterprise desktop and network-support experience; the position requires a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience.
